Role of Agent

As a Health Planner, you would be the face of  Care Health Insurance and a primary connect between the customer and the Company. You would be expected to solicit health insurance business on behalf of Religare Health Insurance, while interacting with individuals and families. This would involve:

• Approaching the customer.
• Understanding and Identifying their needs through a need Analysis tool.
• Recommending a solution based on the need.
• Helping the customer make a decision.
• Generating references for future prospects.
• Ensuring you give the best customer service.

Process to become a Health Planner
Becoming a health Planner with us is a simple & systematic process, which includes 3 steps:

Step 1: Health Planner screening & recruitment interview

This is the first step in the process. Here, we have a simple interaction to find out more about you. More than an interview, it is a ‘getting-to-know-each-other’ exercise which involves your personal details like name, education, qualification, family background and details of your valid license.

Step 2: Career opportunity Presentation

In the second step, we make you conversant with the complete value proposition. Step by step, we introduce you to the organisation, the industry (including the opportunity and your role), and the support you will get from us.

Step 3: Health Planner Induction

This is the last and final stage of Health Planner hiring. Once health Planner is inducted in the system, he/she can start selling our products.
